It is one of the events to watch when following the company. The meeting is primarily a corporate governance event: any product news should be distinguished from decisions formally included on the agenda.

Tesla’s 2026 annual meeting: date and time in Italy
Tesla lists 3 December 2026 at 3 pm Central Time. By that date, both Texas and Italy will have returned to standard time: the difference is seven hours, placing the event at 10 pm in Italy on the same day.
- Date: Thursday 3 December 2026.
- Venue: Gigafactory Texas, Austin.
- Italian time: 10 pm.
- Format: limited in-person attendance and online streaming.
Tesla’s theme is “Building a World of Amazing Abundance”. On the dedicated website, the company outlines its industrial progress and the reasons supporting its voting recommendations.
Tesla’s 2026 annual meeting: the three proposals
The first concerns the re-election of Elon Musk, Robyn Denholm and JB Straubel to the board of directors. It is followed by an advisory vote on executive compensation for 2025 and the ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the independent auditor for 2026.
The advisory nature of the compensation vote should be distinguished from a payment decided by an individual shareholder. For the complete proposals and board recommendations, consult the official documentation before voting.
For those mainly interested in cars and technology, the event also offers an opportunity to observe the company’s priorities. However, community expectations should not be presented as confirmed announcements about Roadster, Cybercab or other projects.
Tesla’s 2026 annual meeting: how to watch online
Tesla provides a public livestream. Eligible shareholders can also access the virtual meeting with the available voting and written-comment functions. This access requires the personal 16-digit control number included in voting materials.
The code is personal and should only be used through the official channels specified in the documents received. If shares are held through a bank or broker, that intermediary’s instructions explain the process and any specific deadlines.
In-person attendance and Italian shareholders
Places at Giga Texas are limited. Tesla provides a drawing for eligible shareholders, with registration closing on 6 November at 11:59 pm Texas time. Notifications to selected shareholders are expected from the week of 16 November.
Tesla’s FAQs give 13 October 2026 as the voting record date. For shareholders outside the United States, the process may differ: check your intermediary’s materials rather than assuming a generic link is enough to vote.
The livestream is also relevant to audiences in Italy, while attendance and voting follow the corporate requirements communicated by Tesla. We report the event information here without making recommendations about the proposals or the company’s shares.
