Website services and personal data
Updated on 14 October 2026. This information clarifies how data is processed in the website’s new features. The controller is TESLHUB DI MARMAGLIO ALESSANDRO, Via Sorelle Agazzi 22, 25080 Mazzano (BS), VAT no. 04663410985. For data-related requests: privacy@teslhub.com; for website enquiries: info@teslhub.com.
Contact requests, partnerships, tips and applications
The forms collect your name, email address, subject and message, and, for partnership enquiries only, an optional company or project name. They do not request a telephone number. The information is sent to the team’s inbox through the hosting provider and VHosting email service to answer your request, including potential partnerships. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Requests are retained for 12 months, unless a subsequent relationship or legal obligations require longer retention. Required fields must be completed to submit the form; you can also contact us by email. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive data in your message.
Accounts and community
Accounts use a public name, email address and password managed by WordPress. Your address is confirmed through the link used to set your password. Your public name and approved comments are visible to readers; your email address is not displayed in the community. Likes are linked to your account, and favourite articles are available in your personal profile. Data is processed to provide the features you request; your account is retained while active or until you request deletion. You can request deletion, access or rectification using the privacy email address above. When an account is deleted, removal or anonymisation of contributions and Likes is also considered, within the applicable limits. Community accounts and newsletter subscriptions are separate.
Newsletter
The newsletter is managed through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS). It collects your email address, consent and technical information about the request and confirmation. Subscription is optional and requires separate consent and email confirmation. Its purpose is to send Teslhub news, guides and community offers based on your consent, which you can withdraw using the link in every newsletter. Your subscription is retained until you unsubscribe; any minimal records of consent or suppression from mailings are managed to document your choice and prevent you from being added again. See also the Brevo privacy policy.
Security
Wordfence (Defiant Inc.) and the hosting provider protect the website and access to it. They may process IP addresses, requests, login attempts and other technical data to prevent abuse and incidents. Logs follow the retention periods configured in these services; they may be kept longer where needed to handle an incident. WordPress and WP2FA manage administrator authentication and the second authentication factor. This processing serves the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. Wordfence privacy policy.
Preferences, cookies, analytics and advertising
Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser under the teslhub-theme preference. WordPress and security services may use technical cookies for login and access protection. The website uses Google services for analytics and advertising, and Google’s platform to manage preferences. You can review your choice using the “Privacy and cookie settings” control on the website. Non-essential purposes are subject to the choices displayed by the consent platform. Google privacy policy.
Video, social media and partner links
YouTube cover images may be requested from YouTube servers; selected Instagram cover images are hosted in the theme or the website’s media library. YouTube and Instagram players load when you open the relevant cover: the external service receives technical connection data and applies its own privacy policy. You can open the content directly on the social platform using the dedicated link. Social media and partner links lead to external websites with their own terms; some links are affiliate links. We do not automatically send Teslhub account data to partners. Instagram privacy policy.
Providers, transfers and rights
Access to data is limited to the controller, the authorised team and the providers required for hosting, email, security and enabled services. Some providers also operate outside the European Economic Area: details of transfers and safeguards are set out in their respective privacy policies and agreements. You can ask the controller about providers and safeguards, exercise applicable rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, withdraw consent where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
