Tesla 2026.32 brings more than the changes immediately apparent in the release notes. Reported additions include browser ad blocking, more information about Powershare compatibility and small improvements to everyday use. It is worth separating them out, especially because not every feature applies to every vehicle.

1. Tesla 2026.32 adds browser ad blocking

The built-in browser gains a control for switching ad blocking on or off. The practical aim is to make browsing lighter: fewer advertising elements to load can mean pages are easier to use, particularly on older infotainment systems.

We have not carried out a timed comparison, so we do not claim a specific performance improvement. It is nevertheless a useful change for people who use the browser while parked. If a website does not work correctly, the control lets you check whether ad blocking is interfering with the page.

2. Heated seats: Tesla specifies approximately 30 minutes

Another change to be aware of concerns heated seats switching off automatically. Precision matters here: the official Tesla manual says that, to protect components, the heater may switch off after approximately 30 minutes of continuous use.

That wording matters: it does not describe an identical timer in every condition, nor the entire climate system switching off. If the seat stops heating during a journey, this behaviour needs to be distinguished from a fault. The manual for your particular vehicle remains the reference for its operation and can also be accessed on the display.

3. Powershare compatibility becomes easier to check

A Powershare support field may appear in the vehicle’s additional information. Check Controls → Software → Additional Vehicle Information. The entry shows whether the car reports support for the feature.

This information should not be confused with immediate availability of every use of bidirectional charging. Compatible hardware, required accessories and services enabled in each country are separate issues. In particular, the wording alone is not enough to establish that a Model 3 or Model Y can already power an Italian home with any installation.

4. Music search and wheel-cover visualisation

Apple Music search extends to the library and playlists. The wheel configuration also lets the car be displayed with or without aerodynamic covers. These changes are less striking than an entirely new mode, but closer to the things we actually do every day.

We recommend selecting the configuration that matches the wheels actually fitted, rather than treating the menu as purely cosmetic customisation.

Tesla 2026.32: what to check on your own car in Italy

Reports about Tesla 2026.32 are not a promise that every feature will appear on every Italian model. The full software version, hardware, production year and market can affect the result. The most useful check is to open the notes in your own vehicle and compare them with the menus actually available.

There is no need to chase a version number seen on another car to decide whether something is wrong: Tesla distributes different branches and configurations. For the more prominent changes in the next version, we have already covered Halloween Mode in update 2026.38.3. You can also find all our Tesla software updates.
