Own a Tesla, or expecting delivery, and looking at insurance? Teslhub gives the community a way to contact Marco Cavriana, an insurance intermediary registered in section E of Italy’s Register of Insurance Intermediaries (RUI), number E000494495.

Choosing a policy means looking at cover as well as price. Fixed and percentage excesses, cover limits and exclusions can make a difference even between quotations with similar premiums.

One contact to compare different options

The request reaches Marco, who deals personally with the customer and prepares quotations from the insurers he works with. The initial discussion is free and without obligation: it helps establish the customer’s needs and assess the options he can propose for the vehicle and insurance profile.

The comparison concerns the offers available to Marco. There is no Teslhub-branded policy, and whether a customer can save money depends on the individual case.

A contact after the policy is taken out

For policies arranged through his business, Marco remains the contact for questions and support, including in the event of a claim. That support follows his role and the policy’s procedures; cover and settlement of claims remain governed by the contract terms.

Marco will explain which information and documents are needed for a quotation. If the car is already registered, its registration number will also be required; if delivery is pending, the discussion can begin with the information available. Making a request does not oblige you to take out a policy. The premium and any fees payable by you will be disclosed before you proceed.

Personal-data information

Teslhub processes information supplied through the contact form to handle the request and facilitate contact with Marco Cavriana. Marco Cavriana processes the information he receives to contact the person concerned, assess their insurance needs and prepare possible quotations and proposals. Each processes data under their respective privacy notices, made available before the request is submitted.

Who provides the service?

Teslhub presents this initiative to its community and facilitates contact with the insurance intermediary. Advice, quotation preparation and any distribution of policies are carried out by Marco Cavriana. Teslhub does not prepare quotations, recommend contracts or conclude insurance policies.

Complaints

To make a complaint about Marco Cavriana’s activities, write to marco@cavrianaconsulting.it, giving your first name, surname, contact details, a description of the issue and, if available, the policy number. Marco will promptly forward the complaint to the agency or broker for which he carried out the activity concerned and inform you that it has been forwarded. You can also write directly to the complaints contacts in the documentation you received. If the complaint concerns the insurer’s conduct, such as handling a claim, you can contact its complaints department. If you are dissatisfied with the response or receive no response within 45 days of receipt of the complaint, you may refer the matter to Italy’s Insurance Ombudsman, the Arbitro Assicurativo, where it falls within its remit. www.arbitroassicurativo.org explains the eligibility requirements and procedure.
