On the dedicated website, the company outlines its industrial progress and the reasons supporting its voting recommendations.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sezione-2\">Tesla\u2019s 2026 annual meeting: the three proposals<\/h2>\n<p>The first concerns the re-election of <strong>Elon Musk, Robyn Denholm and JB Straubel<\/strong> to the board of directors. It is followed by an advisory vote on executive compensation for 2025 and the ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the independent auditor for 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The advisory nature of the compensation vote should be distinguished from a payment decided by an individual shareholder.
