Alongside Wi-Fi, lounges, toilets and food options at selected locations, a German site began testing another useful service: <strong>free vacuum cleaners for the cabin<\/strong>. The trial described in this report was at the <strong>Pforzheim Supercharger in southern Germany<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">More than a charging stop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The idea is straightforward: <strong>make charging time useful in other ways<\/strong>. Owners can give the cabin a quick clean while the car charges, without paying an additional fee for the vacuum cleaner. The Pforzheim site also offered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>solar canopies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a lounge for Tesla customers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>space to relax while charging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>amenities intended to make longer stops more comfortable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"574\" src=\"https:\/\/teslhub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/ricarica-1024x574.jpg\" alt=\"Tesla Diner Supercharger ricarica\" class=\"wp-image-4235\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A new direction for Supercharger amenities?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tesla has been expanding the services available at selected major charging sites<\/strong>. Some now include Wi-Fi, toilets, vending machines, nearby food options and covered areas. The scale of the network helps explain the interest: <strong>the report cited more than 53 million charging sessions worldwide in the first quarter of 2026 alone<\/strong>. With that level of use, additional everyday services could reach a large audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"740\" height=\"463\" src=\"https:\/\/teslhub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/2025.44.25-supercharger-site-maps.png\" alt=\"2025.44.25.1 supercharger\" class=\"wp-image-4652\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Could tyre inflators become more common too?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vacuum cleaners may not be the only practical equipment owners would appreciate. The report pointed to Tesla\u2019s Goulburn site in Australia as an example with a tyre inflation station. Tyre pressure matters for both range and safety, so <strong>many owners would welcome air compressors at more charging locations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From Tesla Diner to everyday conveniences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Hollywood Tesla Diner represents an ambitious vision for charging stops: somewhere to eat, be entertained and recharge at the same time. Most Superchargers, however, will not become visitor attractions. For many sites, simple amenities such as vacuum cleaners, tyre inflators, shelter or a lounge could be a more practical and repeatable approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"596\" src=\"https:\/\/teslhub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/copertina-1024x596.jpg\" alt=\"Tesla Diner con Supercharger\" class=\"wp-image-4231\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Could it come to Italy?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At publication, <strong>Tesla had announced no plans to introduce these services at Italian Superchargers<\/strong>.
