In May 2024, Italy\u2019s revised Ecobonus also offered a potential contribution towards qualifying electric cars. It was not available unconditionally to every citizen: vehicle price, household circumstances, scrappage, ownership and available funding all affected eligibility. This guide records the scheme and ordering process described at publication, not a current grant offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-av0jz52\">The following steps cover choosing a qualifying configuration and completing the order, while keeping the historical prices and grant conditions separate from today\u2019s configurator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-u7hl063\">Step 1: a Tesla advisor or an online order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/b4714d_007e8d16d19044cfaa07151c48ba82e3~mv2.png\/v1\/fill\/w_925,h_520,al_c,q_90,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,enc_auto\/b4714d_007e8d16d19044cfaa07151c48ba82e3~mv2.png\" alt=\"Immagine rappresentative di un Tesla center\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-0m6g569\">Buyers could ask a Tesla sales advisor for help by requesting contact through the website or visiting a store. An advisor could explain the ordering process and available test-drive appointments. Ordering independently used the same general system, although the exact support and appointment availability depended on the location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-tfcj075\">Buyers could also use <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tesla.com\/it_it\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tesla\u2019s website<\/a> themselves. The steps below describe the process at the time; the interface and commercial terms may since have changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-btrbt82\">Step 2: choose a configuration eligible for the 2024 scheme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/b4714d_dde523517a1d4ef4bd233c5ad3e475bb~mv2.png\/v1\/fill\/w_925,h_520,al_c,q_90,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,enc_auto\/b4714d_dde523517a1d4ef4bd233c5ad3e475bb~mv2.png\" alt=\"Tabella incentivi auto elettriche 2024\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-1xud188\">The original guide discussed the revised incentives following publication of the decree in the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gazzettaufficiale.it\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Italian Official Gazette<\/a>. It cited contributions from \u20ac6,000 to \u20ac13,750 for qualifying Tesla purchases, depending on ISEE and eligible scrappage. Publication, entry into force and opening of the booking platform were separate dates; this 25 May article should not be read as proof that grant reservations were already open that day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-252ig100\">For the electric-car category discussed, the price cap was \u20ac35,000 excluding VAT, equivalent to \u20ac42,700 with 22% VAT. The applicable definition of eligible vehicle price and options still mattered; it was not simply permission to subtract a grant from any higher-priced car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-ok4zo107\">The guide identified two qualifying Tesla base models in the price list at the time. Prices and available versions needed checking before relying on that statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>MODEL 3 TRAZIONE POSTERIORE &#8211; (RWD, single motor)<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>MODEL Y TRAZIONE POSTERIORE &#8211; (RWD, single motor)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-11ivt126\">The aim when configuring either car was to remain within the applicable cap, including the options counted under the scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/b4714d_158a9d4191e14df0a30cb7cead10ce50~mv2.png\/v1\/fill\/w_925,h_520,al_c,q_90,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,enc_auto\/b4714d_158a9d4191e14df0a30cb7cead10ce50~mv2.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-s0n2c132\">For Model 3, the guide discussed choosing paid options cautiously. The combination that fitted the cap depended on their actual listed prices, rather than a permanent rule that any one option would qualify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paint: the colours listed were Pearl White Multi-Coat, Deep Blue Metallic, Solid Black, Ultra Red and Stealth Grey, with white included in the referenced base price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wheels: 18-inch Photon wheels were included, while 19-inch Nova wheels cost extra. Larger wheels could reduce rated range; the roughly 40 km difference cited concerned the configurations discussed and was not a universal real-world loss.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tow hitch: an optional addition where offered for the configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interior: the included black cabin or the optional white interior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/b4714d_febc163b975048ec9006f17f20698530~mv2.png\/v1\/fill\/w_925,h_520,al_c,q_90,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,enc_auto\/b4714d_febc163b975048ec9006f17f20698530~mv2.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-niynm157\">For Model Y, the guide said the qualifying combinations were restricted to the referenced Pearl White or Solid Black paint configurations. That was a statement about the historical price list, not current eligibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-qz9tn162\">Step 3: choose how to pay<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/b4714d_0d7c7c0ba55c4c66989e869bf38793c5~mv2.png\/v1\/fill\/w_925,h_520,al_c,q_90,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,enc_auto\/b4714d_0d7c7c0ba55c4c66989e869bf38793c5~mv2.png\" alt=\"Modalit\u00e0 di acquisto Tesla sul sito\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-zvmtx168\">After selecting Continue, the ordering flow showed the configured vehicle, cost summary and available payment methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cash purchase: paying the remaining balance by bank transfer using the instructions later provided through the Tesla account or app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leasing: a contractual arrangement with its own duration, mileage and end-of-term conditions. An option to buy at the end depended on the particular agreement and should not be assumed for every lease.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Balloon finance: monthly repayments with a larger final payment, subject to the lender\u2019s terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-8vyvd190\">Finance and leasing details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-ljby2192\">The guide discussed different durations, deposits, mileage assumptions and monthly payments, naming CA Auto Bank and Santander among the providers then offered. A quoted rate did not capture every cost or condition. Buyers needed to compare the actual total payable, fees, final payment and contract terms rather than assume one lender always offered a better deal. Availability and approval were subject to the lender and application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-dhmp5198\">Trade-in<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-g2sbz200\">A used vehicle could be submitted for a valuation by supplying the required details. For a Tesla trade-in, the account and VIN helped identify the car; the VIN could be found in the vehicle or app. A valuation remained subject to the information supplied and the trade-in terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-udgej203\">Step 4: complete the order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/b4714d_8da155409c304bd58977cda54efb9ead~mv2.jpg\/v1\/fill\/w_925,h_520,al_c,q_85,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,enc_auto\/b4714d_8da155409c304bd58977cda54efb9ead~mv2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-1rxp0209\">The guide described selecting Order with Card and paying a \u20ac250 order fee. That was the amount in the historical ordering flow, not a promise that every current Tesla order costs the same. Whether the fee was refundable depended on the agreement; it should not automatically be treated as a refundable deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-oppw1215\">After entering the required information, the buyer would select Order and Pay and follow the subsequent instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order confirmation: an email with the order details after the payment was processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tesla account: create an account if one was not already held.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Account details: supply the requested name and contact information and choose a secure password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email verification: follow the verification message to activate the account where required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-ez4v3238\">Further communications and advisor support would then guide the remaining steps. Contact timing and the delivery process depended on the actual order rather than a guaranteed sequence of emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-g694b241\">Step 5: the Tesla app<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/b4714d_e5bffd8ef37a4927ae8c050d3e4521ac~mv2.png\/v1\/fill\/w_925,h_520,al_c,q_90,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,enc_auto\/b4714d_e5bffd8ef37a4927ae8c050d3e4521ac~mv2.png\" alt=\"App Tesla\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-9qlhq247\">The smartphone app was used for several purchase and ownership tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order progress: view the order status and applicable updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vehicle functions: after delivery and activation, access supported remote controls such as climate and location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-w0jbk261\">The app showed the ordered vehicle and the next tasks. The exact display could differ by software version and order status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-3n7so267\">The guide grouped the pre-delivery tasks into four main areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-u6xmk271\">Delivery location: review the assigned collection location. Tesla might discuss alternatives or particular requirements, but a nearest-store delivery should not be assumed for every order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-9kqhv274\">Trade-in: indicate whether a car would be traded in and provide its details. A trade-in and Ecobonus scrappage were different processes. If using scrappage, arrange it with Tesla under the scheme\u2019s rules; simply selecting No to trade-in did not itself reserve a grant or complete scrappage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-teufn277\">Payment method: confirm the available cash, leasing or balloon-finance option and the applicable terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For cash purchases, the remaining balance reflected the final invoice, order fee and any contribution actually approved and applied. Use only the bank instructions shown through the authenticated Tesla order process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/b4714d_a6f7bd3ba78e42db9d4817373d35112b~mv2.png\/v1\/fill\/w_925,h_520,al_c,q_90,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,enc_auto\/b4714d_a6f7bd3ba78e42db9d4817373d35112b~mv2.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For finance or leasing, the lender\u2019s application process allowed selection of the available deposit, duration and other conditions. The monthly amount and approval depended on that specific proposal, not the example in this guide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-wpiop292\">Registration: supply the information required to register the vehicle and prepare for delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-7j8rq296\">Review each task carefully, especially names, grant eligibility, payment instructions and contract terms. Completing an online configuration did not guarantee funding, finance approval or a delivery date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-tk2rf299\">For buyers choosing a Tesla, the aim was an informed order with the paperwork and conditions clear before delivery.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-5d2qs1529\">REFERRAL PROGRAM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-ipsth1016\">The referral offer described at publication provided \u20ac1,000 off an eligible new Tesla, subject to its terms.
